How many people will work with SBM?
Not the company size — only the people who actually use the tool. The standard is always included.
Everything else builds on it.
SBM Standard
Quotes, invoices, customers and documents.
Need more?
Multiple choice. Choosing nothing is an answer too.Every add-on works on the same data as the standard. It extends it, it doesn’t replace it.
Technology & location
Languages
All optional — it just tells us whether you need the bilingual side.Do you work across different languages?
Which languages do you write to customers in?
Do you need bilingual invoices?
Your tax office wants the invoice in your country’s language and format — your customer abroad then cannot read it. SBM puts both on the same document: the service line in your customer’s language, and underneath the same line in your accounting language. One invoice, two languages. Applies to invoices and delivery notes.
Do multilingual staff work with it?
Then they enter the service in the language they actually speak. You produce the second version in the editor at the press of a button — once for the customer, once for the books. Nobody has to type a language they don’t know.
Three languages that need nothing to do with each other: your employee’s, your customer’s and your bookkeeping’s. SBM keeps them apart — and brings them together on one document.
Should other systems be connected to SBM?
Interfaces allow secure connections to other applications — inventory, point of sale, time tracking, your own app. We build the connection as part of the project, shaped around your case; unusual requirements can be implemented too.
